The Hozelock 1349 Eco Power Plus 10000 Filter is a fast acting all-in-one large pond filter for guaranteed clear water in fish ponds with a capacity of 10000 litres or a capacity of 20000 litres without fish. It is a high efficiency combined filter biomedia and ultra violet clarifier that eliminates green algaeand purifies water for healthy fish and plants.

Water enters the filter through the stepped hosetail and then passes to the UV chamber for exposure to UV light. This causes the algae that cause green water to clump together before passing through a venturi for aeration. The water then passes to the bottom of the filter and through the biological media where it is purified and fish waste is removed. Finally the water rises up through the foam filters where debris and solid waste is removed before exiting through the pipework as purified clear water.
