An outstanding early ripening butternut variety, which will mature even earlier because it's been grafted. Plants are very high yielding, giving you a good supply of squashes throughout late summer and autumn, each one a lovely buff colour, with attractive, fine-flavoured orange flesh. They can be used in any way that a potato can, and will store in a frost-free place throughout winter. We particularly love them roasted or made into soup, but the choice is yours!Our trials have shown that grafted plants are incredibly healthy and give rise to larger, strong-growing plants giving earlier, heavier crops. They'll perform well outside but are particularly recommended for greenhouse growing, where they'll fulfil their full potential, and allow you to get plants off to an early start in spring without paying a fortune on heating your greenhouse!
