    How To Use:

  • Simply pour the mushroom compost into the growing tray and spread out evenly.
  • Place the box lid over the top to create an air gap and a dark environment.
  • Place in a warm place and keep moist.
  • After 9-10 days add 0.5 litres of water to the white bag of casing peat and mix well.
  • Pour this over the mushroom compost.
  • Replace lid and move the box to a cooler place for mushrooms to develop.
  • Check every 2 days and keep moist.
  • After a week tiny white mushrooms will start forming.
  • Water carefully and keep moist at all times taking care not to get water on the pinhead mushrooms until they are about the size of a pea.
  • Pick the mushrooms as they appear.
  • When the first flush of mushrooms has finished place the tray back in a warmer environment for 9-10 days before moving to a cooler place for the next flush to form.
