This is the favourite motto of the small family-run operation in western Friesland, in which garden tools are forged in the old-fashioned way at a charcoal hearth. This means that each item is unique. Only stainless steel is used. The handles or shafts are made of beechwood in the case of the smaller tools and of ash wood for the large ones.
