These Solar Mate lighting kits have no electricity costs and are easy to install. Great for lighting buildings without mains power such as sheds garages and summer houses. The Solar Panel charges a 12v battery which stores the energy during the day to then be used at night. The battery is not included but a leisure battery (12v 70-85 Ah) available from camping or car parts shops is suitable (prices start at around £50).The kits will work all through the year even in overcast daytime conditions.
